One of our favorite children’s book and young adult authors is coming to Treehouse to celebrate the release of some of her newest books. Yamile is the recipient of the Pura Belpré Award and the author of Furia, Where Are You From?, the Horse Country series, and many more delightful books. Yamile will read aloud in the Storybook Theater at 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. and sign copies of her books between 2 and 2:30 p.m. We’ll have several activities inspired by her books going on throughout the Museum. You’ll want to pick up her wonderful new releases to add to your family library.
