Celebrate the change in seasons with stories, songs, and movement activities all about the falling leaves and leaf rubbings in the Treehouse Art Garden! On Track to Reading is a school readiness program just for preschoolers and their grown-ups. You can also join us for "Baby Talk with Baby Bear" for ages birth to 3 and their adults. Haylee and Juniper, a mother and baby team, and Jennifer the grandmother, will share finger plays, rhymes, board books, and more just for the very smallest of our On Track participants. "Baby Talk" will start at 10:30 and last just 15 minutes in the One World Village.

Treehouse salutes our military veterans by providing free admission for veterans and their immediate families on Saturday, November 9 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Monday, November 11 from 10 a.m. to noon during On Track to Reading.  |

Treehouse has received some wonderful brand new books to share with our members. All you have to do to get a new book for each member child is come to Treehouse and show your member Treecard barcode. Special Thanks to ReaderLink for providing this beautiful books.

Mrs. Goose Stretches the Tales! With Master Puppeteer and Storyteller Marilyn Price & Mrs. Goose Puppeteer Marilyn Price and Mrs. Goose are flying in from Chicago to tell stories just for us. Marilyn always has fun tales and unique ways of involving children and adults in her program, so don’t miss this opportunity. This event is free with Admission or Treehouse Membership.  |

November is children’s book month and we’re celebrating today in the Art Garden by creating caterpillars based on “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” by Tomie dePaola! Then we’ll continue to behave like hungry caterpillars with a vegetable sorting game after the weekly song and story activity! 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Ticketed Event
Students studying in the Botany program at Weber State University working with Dr. Jim Cohen will be sharing activities throughout the Museum just for our members. Students have created these activities and are excited to encourage children and grownups to explore fruit, flowers, seeds, pollen, the life cycle of plants, and much, much more. Treehouse even has plant-based treats to share and children’s books about plants and trees to give away to lucky families through a drawing.
