Attached to this email are your timed tickets. Click to open at least one of the ticket images and check your date and time. Show just one of these ticket images and its barcode (your tickets are all linked) to the Treehouse Guide at our Welcome Desk for us to scan when you arrive. You can print your tickets out if you choose and we can scan that way, too. Please note that these tickets are for a specific time and date and are not valid for any other time or date and are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Terms & Condition

When you reserved you agreed to support the nonprofit Treehouse in being a clean, safe, and healthy learning environment for children and to supervise your children at all times. You acknowledge that your ticket time is limited specific time block, even for members.

Reminders:

1. Attend only when healthy.

2. Respect the choice of others to wear or not wear masks.

3. Ensure that your children, even older ones, follow the rules about staying together, walking, using inside voices, and using exhibits safely and appropriately.

5. Use the hand sanitizer stations in each gallery and wash hands in the restrooms.

6. Use the “dirty toy” baskets as appropriate and we will sanitize the props.

7. There is no food or drink (except water bottles) allowed in the Museum. Our drinking fountains are also water bottle filling stations.

8. Strollers must be parked in our Locker area.

Treehouse staff are working hard to keep the Museum clean and safe and we ask caregivers to help by being active supervisors of their children while at the Museum.
