Let’s celebrate America on Pennsylvania Avenue at Treehouse in Star Spangled Gallery! Test your knowledge of American history on the giant touch screens in our Oval Office. Play the American Map Game with Uncle Sam and print your own copy of the Declaration of Independence at 11 a.m. and 12 noon. Make a Star Spangled art project in the Art Garden, too, and then top off your visit with an American ParticiPlay® in our Storybook Theater.

See the films created by students in our Make a Movie workshop taught by guest author and filmmaker James Kennedy. It’s always amazing to see the imaginative stories the students in this workshop create on the big screen in Treehouse’s theater. The showing starts at 2 p.m.

This is also a free event included with admission so no special tickets are required to attend! Just come with your family and enjoy. (Participants in the class and their families and friends are free to attend. Just check in at the Welcome Desk.)

Sing along with Phyllis and the Treehouse Team in the Theater. Phyllis will pick some of her favorites to share with families and the Treehouse Team will bring out the percussion instruments, too, for some of the songs. This activity is free with your admission and no special ticket is required.
