Admissions

Please Reserve Your Timed Admission Tickets Now!

In June visitors, including Treehouse Members, MUST reserve tickets for each of the adults and children in their family in advance (none will be available at the door). Please see the terms and conditions for reserving Timed Ticket Admissions below. Masks are not required, but are welcome. Families must stay together.

Consider becoming members of the Museum. Your membership is tax deductible according to the IRS since Treehouse is a private, nonprofit organization. Click on JOIN on the menu bar and keep Treehouse going and growing for families and schools.

Members who are logged into on our website will not be charged for timed tickets. The price is shown on this page, but admission is always free for members and will be zeroed out when you checkout with your tickets. If credit card information is requested by the system, you are not logged in as a member. If you are a member and have difficulty logging in with your email to reserve tickets, please call us at 801-394-9663 and we'll be happy to help you.

All Timed Ticket Admissions are nonrefundable, but may be exchanged if families are unable to visit because of illness. Call us at 801-394-9663 or email us at treehouse@treehousemuseum.org.

Terms & Conditions

By checking this box and reserving tickets to visit Treehouse Children’s Museum, I agree to support Treehouse in being a clean, safe, and healthy place for our children. I understand that our ticket time is limited to a two and a half hour visit, even for members.

Specifically I agree that my family will:

1. Attend only when healthy. COVID-19 systems may include fever, chills, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, body aches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, nausea, or other symptoms.

2. Wear masks if we choose to do so and respect the decisions of others visiting or working at the Museum. Treehouse does not require masks currently.

3. Maintain social distancing from other family groups of at least 3 feet in exhibits and while waiting in lines.

4. Stay together, and I agree to supervise my children, ensuring that they follow the rules about socially distancing, walking, using an inside voice, and using exhibits appropriately.

5. Use the hand sanitizer stations in each gallery and wash hands in the restrooms.

6. Use the “used toy” baskets as appropriate.

I understand that Treehouse staff are working to keep the Museum clean and safe and encourage safe behaviors, but I understand that it my responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of my children and other children visiting the Museum with other family groups in attendance. I understand that there is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 in ANY public space and by purchasing admission tickets I assume that risk.
